i think this is the first time i see a pitcher throwing 2 games in one .carlos cotter have done 18 innings pitch

That's not a great WHIP through 18 innings, and 12 Ks is paltry considering. A 3:1 BB/K ratio isn't bad, but...oh wait, that's all in one game.
