cigars were getting clobbered anyway but sheridan actually ended up with a negative game score, first time i've ever seen that. CAI LHP Shinwook Park also posted a score of 3.0 for a game later in the week.

Is this what they mean by being on the wrong side of history?

On the bright side, y'all ended Sommerville's winning streak with the Z-Men.

Interesting times at the All-Star Break. It seems that parity is slowly crawling back into the Inferno League. While Honolulu has the most wins in Weaverball and would have to turn into the '51 Dodgers to not win the Polanski Divsion, Dublin is 12 games over .500 and both Sapporo and Amity are close to that mark. Meanwhile, the Lockwood Division has three teams in a fight for first: London, Milan, and Panama City. Nice to see the Locks competitive and maybe reach the post season for the first time in a decade. Additionally, the rest of the division are withing 5 games of each other and nearly 40+ wins each.

The Blizzard League only has three teams currently in contention, but things could change in the Barnes Division sooner than later. Calabria and Hong Kong have 55 and 54 wins respectively and sit 6-7 games back. Stockholm is 12.5 back. All three teams have the talent to put together a hot streak and make a run at current leader Entebbe, who is looking to recapture the pennant after a 15 year drought. It is a two horse race in the Roehm Division as Jamaica and Long Beach are expected to duke it out like a pair of heavyweight fighters. Last place is also an interesting race, with the bottom four teams, sitting 23 games out, are within 5 games of each other.

After 90 games have been played, no team has less than 31 wins. With a little luck, perhaps every squad will win 60+ games and maybe, just maybe, there will not be a 100 games lost team this season.

not quite the parody in mind, but ill take it after watching so many teams sandbag over the years just for another high draft pick. another step in the right direction.
